About the Accommodation

Open plan living space.

Living area: Leather Corner and 2 seater sofa, Large 43" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix, Karndene floor and French doors leading to decked area.
Kitchen Area: Island with breakfast bar, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (with dishwasher tablets). Dining table with chairs (enough seating for up to 8 persons plus highchair).

Bedroom 1: With double bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers, 32" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers and 32" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.
Bedroom 3: With 2 sets of bunk beds and 32" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet - Mini toiletries included

Utility Cupboards: Washer/dryer with washing detergent, ironing board, iron, hoover.

Outside Area: Large south-facing decked area with hot tub, picnic bench and corner seating with table. Decked area is gated and fenced off for kids and dog security. On the left hand side of the lodge there is an outside tap which is handy for washing down dogs or shoes after a day out. 

Parking: There is a driveway located to the right hand side of the lodge where 2 cars can be parked. Free EV/Electric Vehicle Charging Unit - 32Amp with Type 2 Socket is located on the side of the lodge and can be accessed from the driveway.
If additional parking is required then there is a free onsite carpark adjacent to The Coach House less than 100 yards from the lodge.

Accessibility Access: We do not advertise to be accessibility friendly however everyones needs are different so we leave this to your own discretion. 
There are 6 steps (with a handrail) which lead up to the decking area/lodge entrance. Inside the lodge the doorway to the corridor and master bathroom have been widened to accommodate wheelchair usage, however the bathroom is not fitted with any assistance equipment.

The Lodge is a home away from home and we have tried to cater to your every need.

• All bed linen is supplied. 
• We provide towels for inside use and towels for outside, robes for after the hot tub (adults only), mini toiletries in both bathrooms, hairdryers in every room. 
• In the living area you will find blankets for those cooler evenings and a wireless waterproof sound system which has two units to allow one inside and one outside. 
• Smart TVs in every room with Netflix already set up and free WiFi to use throughout. 
• Even the pets are catered for with our 'Doggy Cupboard' in the kitchen which has food/water bowls, a bed, dog blankets, dog towels. spare mess bags and more. 
• The kitchen is fitted with all appliances and cooking equipment you could need including; Pots & pans, utensils, plates, cups (both plastic and glass), cleaning equipment, tea towels etc. In addition we also ensure there is tea/coffee/sugar and other basic condiments such as; cooking oils, salt & pepper, sauces etc in the cupboards. 
• Travel cot and high chair can be added on request free of charge and we have a small number of baby blankets too. 

Additional Extras - We are able to add a small selection of birthday decorations (balloons and banner) on request for a small fee. This can be added upon booking. 

The Site: 

As the lodge is located within the national park, no BBQs are permitted, disposable or otherwise. 

No fireworks are permitted.
